Extremely Bad Attitude of Services

if you are a company or anyone who trying to use UBS software system, dont ever go for this f**king company...their attitude is so f**king bulls**t...damn money face...wants money then onli will answer everything...this feler Kelvin or whatsoever name...keep demand for money onli answer the customer question...

phone call conversation:

Office lady: Hello... (not even mentioned company name)
Me: Hello, is this UBS System Solution?
Office lady: Yes...
Me: Can you transfer me to the Sales Department?
Office lady: Why? (WTH?)
Me: I wanted to ask regarding the UBS Software.
Office lady: Who am I speaking to?
Me: Ooi from xxx.
Office lady: Hold on...

Kelvin: Hello.
Me: Good afternoon.
Kelvin: Good afternoon.
Me: I would like to ask regarding the UBS Software.
Kelvin: Ok.
Me: Is it possible to export our customer data file from current MYOB system to the UBS Software.
Kelvin: Cannot.
Me: Why?
Kelvin: Because MYOB export all customer file in line and not in column. (I was thinking, MYOB exports data to excel and it was all in column by column.)
Me: The MYOB exports out in excel column by column ma. How come cannot?
Kelvin: Cannot because I am MYOB supplier as well so I know that very well. (WTH? I can export to column by column how come you cannot? Fine I go ahead.)
Me: Ok, right now we also had one web based system for invoicing, then this can export to excel column by column. Can it be import to UBS?
Kelvin: Cannot, unless you paid for our system and technical support then we can teach you slowly step by step but all have to be paid. (Of course lah need to paid, but why you say cannot at first?)
Me: Means can la, then if like that to import into UBS i need to set a header in excel to be import rite?
Kelvin: You think that easi meh? There are so many database in UBS and you need to update all of it. We need to engage with you then teach you step by step how to do all these and it is expensive you know as we need to teach you and it takes a long time. (Keep money money money)
Me: That means can la to set header step by step.
Kelvin: You pay for our service then only we will teach you. We are not doing for free. (Since when I mentioned to do for free?)
Me: Surelah is been paid.
Kelvin: No no, you are hoping for a free service and there is no reason we tell you all these thing. (WTF, since when I say I am not paying?)
Me: Since when I say I wanted free services? I already said we will pay you.
Kelvin: No no, you wanted our service for free, so why should I tell you everything? (Helloo, I am enquiring something and this is how you speak to your customer?)
Me: How come you had such a bad attitude? We already said we are paying.
Kelvin: You said you want free service and thats why we are not telling you. (Keep denying and say I want free services)
Me: Wahlao, now I am your customer, is this how you speak to your customer?
Kelvin: You are not my customer yet, why should I tell you? (Hello, we are finding you for sure we are not your customer yet la). We like to choose our customer and supplier cannot meh?
Me: You had such a bad attitude, no wonder no one wanted to find your company do business la. I will complain about your attitude to the director.
Kelvin: Complain la, I dont care people who want free services. (Hang up)

Guy: Hello, UBS Multimedia...(This one mentioned company name, and so I know I am calling the right place.)
Me: Hello, can you transfer me to the Sales Department?
Guy: Oh can I help you?
Me: I would like to ask regarding the UBS Software.
Guy: Ok.
Me: Is it possible to export our customer data file from current MYOB system to the UBS Software.
Guy: Yes you can, but is your MYOB system can export the data into excel column by column?
Me: Yes.
Guy: Oh then you can. We can help you to do the migration of this.
Me: Then if for all the transaction inside MYOB, can it be migrate to UBS? (Just ask for fun because I know is impossible)
Guy: This wan impossible because the transaction have many things need to be done.
Me: Haha, just asking only. Oh ya we also had one web based system for invoicing, then this one can be export to excel. Can it be import to UBS?
Guy: There are possibilities to do that.
Me: So what we need is to follow the header required by UBS rite? I think I can show you some example first.
Guy: Sure, how about I make an appointment with you to meet you next Monday morning?

totally 2 different kind of service...this is why my company always say service to customer first, price second...what our company also wants is service come first, price later...

thanks...just wan to express my feeling as i really wanna boom already see this kind of shit services from that stupid company...to UBS System solution, you are tarnishing your own company right now with your damn "excellent attitude"...

Double Lost

Fuah, another one more time didn't update my blog because too busy. Finally I got an job already and currently I am working at Sungai Balakong, Cheras. Quite a far journey but no jammed and this is what I like about no jammed. Haha.

By the way, I still couldn't hit my target this drive for my Financial Planner job. My opponent still wins me about RM1800 ahead of me and the first round of the drive ends this Friday. I am going to lose to a girl. Cham!!!

Second round begins next week and its second round and the final round. I must winnnn!!!

By the way, anyone who required some Financial Planning and Advice or some Personal Protection may contact me. There would be a free gift from the company.
