if you are a company or anyone who trying to use UBS software system, dont ever go for this f**king company...their attitude is so f**king bulls**t...damn money face...wants money then onli will answer everything...this feler Kelvin or whatsoever name...keep demand for money onli answer the customer question...

Office lady: Hello... (not even mentioned company name)
Me: Hello, is this UBS System Solution?
Office lady: Yes...
Me: Can you transfer me to the Sales Department?
Office lady: Why? (WTH?)
Me: I wanted to ask regarding the UBS Software.
Office lady: Who am I speaking to?
Me: Ooi from xxx.
Office lady: Hold on...

Kelvin: Hello.
Me: Good afternoon.
Kelvin: Good afternoon.
Me: I would like to ask regarding the UBS Software.
Kelvin: Ok.
Me: Is it possible to export our customer data file from current MYOB system to the UBS Software.
Kelvin: Cannot.
Me: Why?
Kelvin: Because MYOB export all customer file in line and not in column. (I was thinking, MYOB exports data to excel and it was all in column by column.)
Me: The MYOB exports out in excel column by column ma. How come cannot?
Kelvin: Cannot because I am MYOB supplier as well so I know that very well. (WTH? I can export to column by column how come you cannot? Fine I go ahead.)
Me: Ok, right now we also had one web based system for invoicing, then this can export to excel column by column. Can it be import to UBS?
Kelvin: Cannot, unless you paid for our system and technical support then we can teach you slowly step by step but all have to be paid. (Of course lah need to paid, but why you say cannot at first?)
Me: Means can la, then if like that to import into UBS i need to set a header in excel to be import rite?
Kelvin: You think that easi meh? There are so many database in UBS and you need to update all of it. We need to engage with you then teach you step by step how to do all these and it is expensive you know as we need to teach you and it takes a long time. (Keep money money money)
Me: That means can la to set header step by step.
Kelvin: You pay for our service then only we will teach you. We are not doing for free. (Since when I mentioned to do for free?)
Me: Surelah is been paid.
Kelvin: No no, you are hoping for a free service and there is no reason we tell you all these thing. (WTF, since when I say I am not paying?)
Me: Since when I say I wanted free services? I already said we will pay you.
Kelvin: No no, you wanted our service for free, so why should I tell you everything? (Helloo, I am enquiring something and this is how you speak to your customer?)
Me: How come you had such a bad attitude? We already said we are paying.
Kelvin: You said you want free service and thats why we are not telling you. (Keep denying and say I want free services)

Guy: There are possibilities to do that.
Me: So what we need is to follow the header required by UBS rite? I think I can show you some example first.

Bi*ch Sister

I had a fu**ing bi*ch sister. Damn fu** and damn money face. Yesterday she asked me how much does it cost for a 160gb sata hard disk, ipod classic cover, 100pcs cdr, 100pcs dvdr. I told her the hard disk might be roughly about RM120, ipod classic cover, about RM10, 100pcs cdr about RM40, and 100pcs dvdr about RM60. So total would be around RM230. Then she say she gave me RM300 for some extra and I took it.

Then I just bought a 320gb sata hard disk which cost RM218 with the casing. Then just now I return her RM82 and she bi*ching at there saying she gave me RM350 yesterday. I told her yesterday roughly all about RM250 and she told me that I say all roughly about RM300 so she gave me RM350. Damn bi*ch and damn money face. Fu** her. I roughly know what is the computer parts price and she bi*ching all over saying I say RM300 and she gave me RM350. I have to take out my own RM50 to give this fu**ing bi*ch money face sister. I will never help her buy anything again.

And yet regarding the insurance savings plan. My mum ask my sister to help me ask around, and yet she fu**ing bi*ch saying that she don't trust savings plan and yet 2 days ago she told me that she already bought one savings plan from her friends. You don't trust, how come you still buy from your friends? Damn fu**ing bi*ch. Own brother never help and never help to ask around and yet, she ownself buy one from other people. Really such a damn fu**ing bi*ch and damn selfish. No wonder she haven't marry yet, and yet now she already age 31, and yet no boyfriend. No wonder people say, girl over 30 haven't marry yet and haven't got boyfriend yet, they will tend to be damn selfish, damn money face, and damn fu**ing bi*ch.

Not April Fool Jokes

I wanted to post this yesterday, but since its 1st April, I did not post it as later people say that I am playing April Fool jokes.

I am going to become jobless this coming April 15th. Why? My company retrench all the workers as it would be closing down soon. Why? Reason

1. Due to economic condition (don't really affect it)
2. Customer getting less (major problem)
3. Problems in the office (caused my stupid people)

The turnover was so bad last year, and yet one more thing, CEO of the company, Mr. Tang, whom already kena stroke, ruined it. How? Cheat customer. How? By giving empty promises. Second, the as so called appointed director, Mr. Jimmy Lim, who doing something back right now for his backplanned, ruined it. How? Same like CEO.

And yet the CEO wife, who is an agent of doing those landlord stuff, asking money from the company, for his husband salary up to today. Bull shit, your husband already absent from company since last year November and you still dare to ask company for the money. Your god damn husband already take company money for about RM100,000 and run away and yet you still dare to ask company for money. The director of China gave the money to the company, for our salary and payment, not for your god damn husband to spent.

And yet Jimmy Lim, the idoit, keep wanted to pay the salary. One more thing, now sales, he onli take cash and all banked into his account. And yet now he trying to learn the CEO way, scamming money away. Great. Damn you too Jimmy Lim!!!

And yet now, we all, since February 2009, no salary until today!!! 2 months of salary!!!

ING Insurance

I am a ING Insurance Agent. If you would like to get life insurance, medical card, or savings plan, you can find me and I can introduce to you based on your budget per month and you can get some attractive discount.

Currently, I hold ING Premier Critical Cover, ING MediPlus Medical Card, and ING Flexi-Premier Income Savings plan. This 3 plan is an interesting plan as it gave you a lot of benefits and helping you to do savings for your future children education studies. Yes, and I really need it for my children education in the future.

One thing is I am doing this thing as I care for my friends. For real! Not because of what god damn commission that I get when I sell insurance. I only get RM50 per submmited case based on the policy plan. So why should I make myself suffer to get RM50 just for selling insurance? I care my friends. I don't mind if my friends backstab me or say anthing about me or don't want friend me. One fact is, I care my friends, and yet I am shy. Yes! I AM SHY! I don't think I will be able to tell my friends that I care for them, because I am GOD DAMN SHY! My friends know this thing of me very well that I am shy. So I might as well just keep quiet and don't ask my friends.

One real case just happened to my friend in which his mum don't have any insurance and she had been ammited in hospital with operation cost estimated RM20,000 needed to be paid. My friend had no choice but to loan money and pay about RM1,500 each month and yet I had to borrow some money to my friends. Right now he couldn't get to buy one yet as he totally had no money and had to pay back loan for his mum's operation cost.

Stupid people in my life

Right now there are 2 stupid person in my life.

One, yesterday I went to meet up with one so called boss of one company introduced by my x-colleague that he required IT people. What so called boss wanted is, he say that I can earn RM16,000 in one month and my job is just to maintain website. I was asking myself, there is no such job like that in which can earn you RM16,000 per month with just maintaining website. What business he did is, selling all those daily usage thing and household thing. He also said that we had around 700 products and mostly been manufactured by them. After he bullshitting all those stuff, I say is like Amway, a multilevel marketing. And yet after that, he tell me he is from Amway. God damn you. You are just a recruiter trying to recruit member and yet your damn word say you will pay my salary. Yeah rite, not you pay my salary, I am paying the salary myself based on my network and my hardwork. You are using people to get network for yourself. God damn this Paul from Amway KL. He said he is from Klang and now staying in KL. I am already a Amway member under other people downline and you don't ever think I will come under you. One final word for you Paul, F*** YOU!!!

Two, one another so call acting CEO in my company, love to instruct people to do work. He loves to show his bossyness in front of other people. Got once there is one guy in my office chatting with him, and yet I work half day that time. After I went to punch card, he asked me how about the system thing. I told him, the system admin (from other company) having meeting and I couldn't talked to them. He asked me how about yesterday, and I said they are having meeting as well. Yet this fu**er asking me again, means you never contact them, and I tell him again they are having meeting this 2 days and they are busy and I couldn't get to contact them. Then this fu**er said again, means I need to contact them and not your work? What the fu**? I told him twice already and yet he still telling me this thing. I immidiate raise my voice loud, do you understand what I mean or not? They are having meeting and busy right now. How do you wanted to contact them if they are busy? What do you expect from them? Busy also must do your stupid fu**ing work? One thing is, my company right now owe them about almost 6 months of payment and yet what the fu** he want demanding so much from them and you did not even pay them yet? I was feeling wanted to ask the system admin don't do anything and demand the payment fully settled first onli do thing. Yet this fu**er today trying to ask me to demand them thing again to do some changes on the system. Trying to use me over to demand them to do thing. I told him, this one you have to ask, not me. One word for you as well Jimmy Lim, F*** YOU!!!

Bored

I am so bored right now in office. Nothing to do. Sleep. Hehe.

What Boss Do

I learned this from one of my colleague presentation slide in which he asked me to help him to create some animation on it. What I read about boss is like this:

- Tells
- Presume
- Seek control
- Orders
- Works on
- Assign blame
- Keeps distant

All the criteria above 100% match with my current boss aka CEO in my company and I totally love his presentation slide. Even my other colleague also does agree 100% with this thing above.

Yet one more guy in our company love to show his bossy when the CEO is not around, as if he is the biggest in the company. He will show whatever kindness he had in front of you, but beware, he is the watchdog for the CEO as he will backstab you in the CEO room.

First complain

This is the first time that I am complaining that I had nothing to do at office. My skills are getting worse as I did not practice it everyday, instead I had to play game everyday to kill the time. Right now I am only able to do IT technicall stuff only. Sigh.
